We'll meet for an initial consultation to discuss your expectations, functionality, and style. We gather ideas, photos, surveys, and any existing plans. This meeting can include the homeowner, property manager, contractor(s) to be involved with the project, or any combination.
Now the fun begins! Once the contract has been established we get to work. We take your input from the consultation and technical data gathered. We ask you to provide feedback on a handful of photos, which allows us to gain more insight for your goals and preferences. We then build the initial draft of your site layout, images, and video.
After the initial consultation, we create a contract that outlines the cost and work to be performed. It will include pricing, timeline, and specifications of our service. Once your signed contract and deposit is received, we'll get started on your design.
Prepare to become amazed as ideas come to life when we deliver the initial draft. Once this first set has been reviewed, we provide one set of tweaks and revisions to nail down the design. Any changes or additions beyond this will be billed at our hourly rate.
